YARN

Yarn Manufacturing & Custom Solutions

At Polyunion, yarn is not just a raw material, it is a core part of our performance-driven manufacturing system. We develop and produce yarns primarily for our own webbing production, ensuring full control from material selection to final performance. In parallel, we also supply yarns to external customers, offering flexible quantities and custom solutions.

As an experienced yarn manufacturer and supplier, we combine in-house production, material expertise, and close integration with webbing manufacturing to deliver reliable, application-oriented yarn solutions.

Eco-friendly yarn options

ALCHEMY – Recycled Yarn (Certified Recycled Pellets)

Our recycled yarns can be produced using certified recycled PA or polyester pellets, sourced from qualified recycling partners and processed through controlled melt-spinning to ensure stable quality and performance.

Rebirth – Upcycled Yarn (In-house Recycling Process)

We also develop upcycled yarns through an in-house recycling process, where unsold or unused webbing is reprocessed into pellets and respun into new yarns, supporting a closed-loop production approach.

Discover – Bio-based Yarn Options

We also work with bio-based yarn materials, including fibers derived from corn, coffee grounds, and hemp, through collaboration with specialized yarn suppliers, offering renewable alternatives for selected applications.
