Sublimation printing
Sublimation printing makes the effects permanent, full-color images that won’t crack, peel or wash away from the substrate, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top.
Cutting
Cutting the finished webbing at high temperature to the required length for packaging, and making the edge of the cut edge smooth.
Heat-Setting
Maintenance of good dimensional stability by heating (resistance to elongation and shrinkage). A important step for webbing made partly of thermoplastic materials (polyester, nylon…) which must be used at fixed lengths.
