Project Understanding

To better understand your needs, we typically review:

Intended application and end use
Operating environment
Required technical and mechanical properties
Expected dimensions, structure, or construction

Feasibility Study & Industrial Assessment

Our engineering and technical teams evaluate the feasibility of your request.
All relevant parameters are analyzed, including materials, construction, assembly methods, treatments, finishing, and packaging.

If the development is feasible, our commercial team will provide a technical proposal, quotation, and lead time.

Prototype Development

Once the technical file and quotation are validated, we proceed with prototype development.

In-house Laboratory Testing

Products are tested in accordance with defined performance requirements, which may include:

Tensile strength and breaking load
Elongation
Abraison
UV Resistance

Additional tests can be carried out upon request to meet specific standards or regulations.

Validation & Production

After final validation, the product is released for production.
